Free for 60 days from the day you create your restaurant. Billing starts on day 61 at
US $199 per month flat, or US $1,990 per year (two months free) if you choose the
annual plan. No per-order fee, no commission, ever. You keep 100% of every order
dollar; you pay only your own normal card-processing fees.
Cancel anytime. No contract, no cancellation fee.
Refunds: if a customer's card payment is refunded, the card network's processing fee
(about 3%) is not returned and is deducted from you, the same as any card refund today.
No-shows: a prepaid order that is never picked up is not automatically refunded to the
customer.
You remain solely responsible for food preparation, food safety, allergen information,
and the accuracy of your menu's prices and descriptions. YataiRun is not a food
business and does not prepare, handle, or sell food.
If you turn on the optional customer-facing online card fee, you are solely
responsible for complying with your state's surcharge laws and the card networks'
rules on that fee. YataiRun allows and discloses the fee; it does not police or
guarantee its legality in your state.
Non-payment: if your subscription payment fails, or billing has not been set up by
day 61, you get about 30 days of warnings by email and in your dashboard. After
that, your online ordering page is paused (never during your service hours) until
payment is set up, and it resumes automatically once payment is confirmed. Your
customers are never shown a billing reason.
Data after extended non-payment: if ordering stays paused for about 60 more days,
your account and menu data may be deleted. Order and tax records are retained as
required by law and by card-network rules, and are available to you on request.
Your agreement also includes the YataiRun Terms of Service (effective August 26, 2026)
and Privacy Policy (effective August 26, 2026), published at yatairun.com/terms
and yatairun.com/privacy.
Terms of Service
Effective August 26, 2026
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
YataiRun provides online ordering pages, order management tools, and related services for restaurants (the "Service"). YataiRun is operated by YataiRun LLC ("YataiRun", "we", "us").
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between YataiRun and the restaurant that registers an account. In these Terms, "you" means that restaurant and the owners, managers, and staff using the Service on its behalf. By creating an account or accepting the Owner Terms at sign-up, you agree to these Terms for your restaurant.
The short Owner Terms you accept at sign-up are part of your agreement with us. If the Owner Terms and these Terms conflict, the Owner Terms control for pricing and billing; these Terms control for everything else.
2. If you are a customer ordering from a restaurant
This section is informational. If you are a customer, your purchase agreement is with the restaurant you order from, not with YataiRun, and these Terms do not impose obligations on you.
The ordering pages are operated by YataiRun on behalf of each restaurant. The restaurant prepares your food, takes your payment (online or at the counter), and sets its own policies for cancellations and refunds. Those policies are shown to you before you place an order.
YataiRun is not a food business. We do not prepare, handle, or sell food, and we are not a party to your purchase. Questions about an order, its preparation, allergens, or a refund belong to the restaurant you ordered from; contact the restaurant directly.
Our Privacy Policy describes how order information, including your phone number, is handled.
3. Accounts and eligibility
The Service is available to restaurants in the United States and Canada. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the restaurant you register.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Each team member should use their own sign-in. Tell us promptly at the address in Section 14 if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
4. Fees and billing
The Service costs US $199 per month flat, or US $1,990 per year (two months free) on the annual plan. There is no per-order fee and no commission. You keep 100% of every order dollar; you pay only your own card-processing fees.
New restaurants get the Service free for 60 days from the day the restaurant account is created. Billing starts on day 61.
You can cancel at any time. There is no contract term and no cancellation fee. Fees already paid are not refunded when you cancel, except where the law requires otherwise.
We may change our fees with at least 30 days' notice by email. A fee change never applies retroactively.
5. Order payments, tips, and refunds
Online card payments are processed by Stripe through your own Stripe account, which you connect during setup. You are the merchant of record for every order: charges are made on your Stripe account, payouts go to your bank, and card-network disputes are handled through your Stripe account. YataiRun never holds or routes your order money.
Tips pass through to you in full. On prepaid orders the tip rides the card charge; on pay-at-pickup orders the tip is included in the amount collected at your counter. YataiRun takes no cut of tips.
When you refund a card payment, the card network's original processing fee (about 3%) is not returned to you. That is a cost of card refunds generally, not a YataiRun fee.
Refund and cancellation policies for your customers are yours to set in your dashboard. The Service enforces the policy you configure and displays it to customers at checkout.
6. Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for food preparation, food safety, allergen information, and the accuracy of your menu's prices, descriptions, and photos. YataiRun is not a food business and does not verify menu content.
You are solely responsible for setting the correct sales tax rate for your location and for remitting collected tax to the tax authorities. The Service applies the rate you configure and records it on each order; it does not calculate, file, or remit tax for you.
If you turn on the optional customer-facing online card fee, you are solely responsible for complying with your state's or province's surcharge laws and the card networks' rules on that fee. The Service allows and discloses the fee; it does not police or guarantee its legality where you operate.
You are responsible for the policies you present to your customers, including the customer terms shown at your checkout, and for honoring the orders you accept.
7. Our role and service availability
We provide the software: ordering pages, the order queue, printing integrations, and the related tools.
The Service depends on third parties we do not control, including your internet connection, your devices, Stripe, and our hosting providers. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and scheduled maintenance or outages may occur.
8. Your content and our software
Your menu, prices, photos, name, and logo remain yours. You grant us a license to host, display, and reproduce them as needed to operate the Service, including on your ordering page, on kitchen tickets, and in order records. The license ends when the content is removed or your account closes, except as needed for records we must keep under Section 11.
You confirm you have the rights to the content you upload, including menu photos and your logo.
The Service's software, design, and documentation are ours or our licensors' and are protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your restaurant while your account is active.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to sell items whose online sale is unlawful where you operate, and the Service does not support alcohol sales. You may not misuse the Service, including by probing or disrupting it, scraping it, submitting orders you do not intend to honor as a customer, reselling access, or using it to send unsolicited messages.
You may not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or deceptive, including menu content that misrepresents what customers receive.
10. Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate your access if your account is materially in breach of these Terms, if your use creates risk or legal exposure for customers, other restaurants, or us, or for nonpayment after notice. Where practical we will notify you and give you a chance to fix the problem first.
If your storefront is suspended, your customers see a neutral unavailability message. We do not display billing or account details to your customers.
11. Records and data after closure
Order records are financial records. They are retained after cancellation or termination for as long as needed for tax, accounting, and dispute purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy. Closing your account does not erase completed orders.
You may request an export of your menu and order history when you leave. Our Privacy Policy explains how customer data is handled throughout.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YataiRun is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising out of or related to the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify YataiRun against claims arising from your food and its preparation, your menu content, your tax collection and remittance, your customer policies, your card surcharge configuration, or your breach of these Terms.
14. Governing law, disputes, and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Illinois have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
Support contact is by email: support@yatairun.com, or the contact form at yatairun.com. Legal notices go to legal@yatairun.com. Notices to you go to your account email.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, cancel before the effective date; cancellation is always free.
